Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not
happy with your order for any reason, we offer a hassle-free returns and
exchange policy.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact us at sales@airsoftarmoury.uk

Faulty Items:

• If you received a faulty or damaged product, please contact us immediately at sales@airsoftarmoury.uk to arrange an exchange. We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged item and receive a replacement or a refund.

Returns:

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received, return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for the items until they have been received by Airsoft Armoury UK, we recommend using tracked shipping.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Exchanges:

• If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on returning the original item and process the exchange once the returned item is received. return postage costs will be the responsibility

Lost or Missing Items

• If your order is missing items or you believe your package is lost, please contact us at sales@airsoftarmoury.uk within 6 working days of the expected delivery date.
