  • 8:00 - Gates Open and set up
  • 8:45 - Chrono
  • 9:30 - Safety briefing 
  • 13:00 - Lunch Break 
  • 16:00 - End of Day (gates close 16:30)

Exact times may change based on games being played, weather conditions and feedback from players.

Battle Enviroment

This is a woodland site, all players MUST wear boots due to uneven terrain. 

Long and loose clothing is highly recommended

LOCATION

Location is: Swindon Airsoft, Manor Hl, Swindon, SN5 4EG or (W3W massaged.flasks.blunders)

Parking is limited so we strongly encourage car sharing where possible, a marshal will direct you of where to park on arrival.

Site rules and FPS limits are provided on the images within the product link, you must follow these at all times

PYRO

Flashbangs and smokes will be sold on site on the day

On Site Shop

A pop-up shop on site will be available, we will only have a limited selection from the online store, so if you want anything specific please message us and we will ensure we bring the products with us for purchase on the day.

Refreshments

Free tea, coffee and drinking water will be available on the day, small cash donations will be welcome to help cover the cost. 

Soft drinks, chocolate bars and crisps will be available to purchase on the day.

There is a local co-op a short drive away but we strongly encourage you to bring your lunch with you.

Tech Repairs and Upgrades

We will have a tech available on site to assist with any technical issues, however repairs may be chargeable.

UKARA Registration

We are a UKARA registered site, if you require UKARA registration or renewal please speak to the site manager on the day.

If you qualify for registration you will be provided with a UKARA application form and a £5 registration or renewal fee will apply.
